Description: Inspired by Stravinsky's work for the same instrumentation, this piece acts as a reverse theme and variations, where instead of an old theme by enlivened by new forms, Stravinsky's old forms are enlivened by new themes and the perspective of history.

Description: A clarinet trio where waves of sound build and crash into each new section. Based on very little material, this piece develops constantly, especially through the dialogue between the instruments.

Description: The final movement of String Quartet #1, this piece emulates the processes involved in Minimalism, including drones, cross-rhythms, pulses, and non-functional triadic harmony.

Among the Orders of Angels (2014)

Description: Written for Floris A. Lafontant (née Bannister), this piece takes the motto FAB and slowly shifts and transforms like soft ocean waves, ever-shifting and ever-flowing. The title is taken from the first line of Rilke's Duino Elegies, "Who, if I cried out, would hear me among the orders of angels?"

La Grotta (2014)

Description: This work takes the sounds of the Adriatic Sea lapping against the rocks in Duino and slowly and unnoticeably processes them until the listener is taken to a whole new sound world.
